Expression of interest to be forwarded to identify role; to then be proposed and seconded on the night of the AGM. (Expression of interest, proposal of new committee members can be received by proxy should someone be unable to attend the meeting)

In the event of more than one person expressing an interest in a particular committee position those present at the AGM will cast their votes. Should there be a tie for any decision-making the Chairman (Rob) will have the casting vote

Registration has been received for 14 teams – any more to be forwarded to Sally

- Registration fees
Registration fees are due. Invoices have been forwarded to all Captains; fees received from 6 teams so far – details for payment are on the invoices
Most of teams have paid the ones are being actively chased
- League balance
End of season League balance sheet to be shared
Currently £366 in credit this will be continued disturbed to league until the league is running at a equilibrium
- League format
Teams to consider whether the league remains as two sections with a longer season to consider more competition and transfer between sections, or revert back to one section. In the event the league format remains as it is, any new teams will be placed in the second section (at the discretion of the Committee and in consideration of their knowledge of (any) players registered for each new team)
The new league is 2 sections of 8 playing 3 times.

- Super League rule
Super League players can join the Friday Night league if they have played for Super League, they will no longer have to have season out, but cannot transfer from one league to the other, i.e., players are to make a decision and choose a league to play for. This will be subject to Committee review and decision
This rule has passed and will be updated
- Registered number of players
Request received to register more than the 15 player ruling. Committee decision remains as 15 players to be the maximum number of players registered, with the minimum number of players being 6
The maximum number of players remains the same.
Players can be deregistered if they haven’t played at all for 4 weeks up to the halfway point of the league. As soon as they have played a game they cannot be de registered.

Teams to decide if they are happy for trophies to continue to be given for the Singles and Cup competitions and prize money to be shared across the league standings at the end of the season

Teams/players to raise any complaints and concerns directly with a member of the committee who will then advise with regards to the process, investigate and address, informing the individual(s)/parties of any actions, outcome and conclusion
